Berry Smoothie bowl

Serves 1

Gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, optional vegan.

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 2 teaspoons HEALTHY CARE COLLAGEN powder
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes
  • 2 drops stevia
  • 1/2 cup avocado flesh

Topping

  • Gluten-free granola
  • Pecans
  • Dried raspberries
  • Dried strawberries
  • Frozen blueberries

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz until creamy.
